Job summary

Caspian Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales & Enrolment Executive to support student recruitment and enrolment growth for a preschool network. This sales-focused role combines lead management, consultative selling, parent engagement and enrolment conversion.

You will manage prospective parents from first enquiry and school visit to successful enrolment, thriving on targets and turning prospects into customers. Travel between KL centres is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, education sales, admissions or customer acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into customers.
• Strong follow-up discipline, negotiation skills and objection-handling abilities.
• Confident communicating with customers through telephone calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face consultations.
• Comfortable managing multiple leads and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and proactive.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel between assigned preschool centres in KL/Selangor and support occasional weekend Open Days.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline from initial enquiry to confirmed enrolment.
• Achieve monthly individual enrolment and conversion targets.
• Proactively contact, qualify and follow up with prospective parents.
• Convert enquiries into school tours, consultations, Open Day attendance and enrolments.
• Identify parents' needs, recommend suitable programmes and confidently address objections.
• Close enrolments through structured and timely follow-ups.
• Re-engage dormant leads and recover missed enrolment opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM systems and tracking tools.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness and enrolment performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales conversion and reduce lead drop-offs.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports.
• Work closely with marketing teams to provide feedback on campaigns, lead quality and customer behaviour.
• Conduct professional consultations with prospective parents.
• Coordinate school tours, Open Days and enrolment-related activities.
• Build trust with parents by communicating the school's programmes, strengths and educational approach.
• Guide parents through registration, documentation and payment processes.
• Coordinate with Centre Directors and school teams to ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
