Job summary

Everlife-Chemopharm Group in Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Administration Executive to manage daily admin tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations. You will input GRN data, monitor stock levels, and prepare inventory reports to support replenishment.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or equivalent, 1–5 years of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with SAP experience preferred. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience using SAP is preferred.
• Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Update daily Goods Received Notes (GRN) and key in stock transfers in SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports for replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, shipments and inventory movements.
• Prepare cycle count reports and assist with inventory checking.
• Handle administrative tasks related to outbound shipments.
• Ensure all inventory records and documentation are properly maintained.
