Job summary

VacuumSchmeltze (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional to manage goods transfer from production to the warehouse, organize stock by material numbers and batches, and prepare items for dispatch. You will use SAP to maintain stock records and support annual stock checks, while adhering to safety procedures and driving process improvements.

The role requires proficiency in SAP SCM, good communication, and teamwork capabilities, with health status suitable for a hands-on warehouse

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications not required if relevant experience
• Proficiency in SAP system
• Strong communication, calculation and interpersonal skills
• Disciplined and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Manage the transfer of goods from production to warehouse
• Organize and store goods according to material numbers, batches and designated locations
• Perform final packaging and prepare goods for shipment
• Inspect goods based on GR Slip, Picking List and Dispatch Note
• Update and ensure accuracy of stock records in the SAP system
• Conduct annual physical stock calculations and inspections
• Comply with safety procedures and company regulations
• Participate in process improvement activities
