AUMOVIO is seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and optimise SAP HCM operations across the APAC region, with focus on Malaysia. You will bridge HR business units and IT, ensuring systems meet local and global requirements.

Key work includes managing regional platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP, delivering end-to-end process improvements, and leading SAP ABAP development for HCM integrations. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Formación

• Masters/Bachelor/Diploma in ICT or CS required.
• 5–10 years IT or industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms incl. SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management.
• SAP ABAP programming experience for HCM and interfaces.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM operations in the APAC region. This role will serve as a critical link between HR business units and IT, ensuring that our systems and processes align with both local and global requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR technology, particularly SAP HCM, and demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HR IT regional platforms and foundations, including but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, Fiori.
• Knowledge Management: Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow. Performs and acts as a Technology Expert in HR end-to-end Business processes and configuration.Define for global guidelines for HXM and UI Developments and Operations
• Technical Authority: Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility. Drive innovations and improve existing technologies. Creates innovative business solutions using ABAP and other technologies such as object oriented programming, reports, FI interfaces, Designs and develops reliable, sustainable, best practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.
• Consultation and Guidance: Provides expert level end to end business process consulting to internal customers, serving as the IT partner and provider at a Regional level for HR departments, Center of Excellence, and HR Services.Liaison with HR Operation and IT community to understand needs, develop IT-concepts and blueprints, implement systems solutions and evaluate success.Work cooperatively with the Global HR team to maximize resource utilization and effectiveness of systems solutions
• Optimization and Innovation: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies. Ensure optimization of HR-IT technical landscape, platforms and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer science related field
• 5 - 10 years of IT or Industry working experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, esp. but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, Architecture Management. SAP ABAP programming for HCM, esp. interface techniques
• A passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows
• Project management skills (Minimum 5 years relevant SAP project experience)
• Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
• High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills
• Intercultural sensitivity, preferably working experience in the international team
• Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
• Language spoken- English
• Open to travel up to 10%, incl. business trips abroad
