Job summary

AUMOVIO Components Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM Global Integration. You will manage HR IT platforms including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP BTP while guiding data management and architecture across global teams.

The role requires strong ABAP skills, 5–10 years in SAP projects, and a proactive approach to optimizing HR IT landscapes. This onsite position in Petaling Jaya offers international exposure and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Masters, Bachelor, or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer Science field.
• 5–10 years IT experience; SAP projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR IT platforms including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Master Data Management, Architecture Management, ABAP for HCM.
• A passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows.
• Project management skills (Minimum 5 years relevant SAP project experience).
• Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills.
• High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Intercultural sensitivity with international-team experience.
• Working knowledge of HR business processes.
• English language proficiency.
• Open to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the HR IT regional platforms and foundations, including but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, SAP CI.
• Support HR IT Global integration topics, Implementation of HR IT Master Data Management solutions, utilizing both cloud and on-premise technologies. Utilizes knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to support business needs.
• Knowledge Management: Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow. Acts as a Technology Expert in HR end-to-end Business processes and configuration. Define global guidelines for HCM Developments and Operations.
• Technical Authority: Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility. Drive innovations and improve existing technologies. Create innovative business solutions using ABAP and other technologies such as object oriented programming, reports, FI interfaces.
• Consultation and Guidance: Provides expert level end to end business process consulting to internal customers, as the IT partner and provider at a Regional level for HR departments, Center of Excellence, and HR Services. Liaison with HR Operation and IT community.
• Optimization and Innovation: Contribute to development and implementation of new strategies and technologies. Ensure optimization of HR-IT landscape, platforms and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture and roadmap.

We are seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance our SAP HCM Global Integration.

• Consultation and Guidance: Provides expert level end to end business process consulting to internal customers, serving as the IT partner and provider at a Regional level for HR departments, Center of Excellence, and HR Services. Liaison with HR Operation and IT community to understand needs, develop IT-concepts and blueprints, implement systems solutions and evaluate success.
• Optimization and Innovation: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies. Ensure optimization of HR-IT technical landscape, platforms and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer science related field
• 5 - 10 years of IT or Industry working experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, esp. but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, Architecture Management. SAP ABAP programming for HCM, esp. interface techniques
• A passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows
• Project management skills (Minimum 5 years relevant SAP project experience)
• Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
• High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills
• Intercultural sensitivity, preferably working experience in the international team
