cbs APAC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our HCM practice in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, translating client requirements into scalable solutions and ensuring successful go-lives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to pre-sales activities while upholding SAP best practices across APAC countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Payroll experience, including hands-on configuration.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll across APAC countries preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with BU Lead to define go-to-market strategies and drive client engagements.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot SAP Payroll solutions.
• Support payroll requirements, statutory compliance, testing and issue resolution.
• Participate in payroll implementation, enhancements, UAT and go-live activities.
• Work with clients and technical teams to deliver effective payroll solutions.
• Participate in proposal development, solution presentations and scoping workshops.
• Provide subject matter expertise throughout delivery, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and client requirements.
• Mentor and guide consultants to strengthen practice capability.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join our growing HCM practice. As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant you are responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the BU Lead to define go-to-market strategies, support pre-sales initiatives, and drive client engagements.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot SAP Payroll solutions.
• Support payroll requirements, statutory compliance, testing and issue resolution.
• Participate in payroll implementation, enhancement, UAT and go-live activities.

• Participate in proposal development, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and scoping workshops.
• Provide subject matter expertise throughout delivery, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and client requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and scalable solutions
• Mentor and guide consultants to strengthen practice capability.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP Payroll experience, including hands‑on configuration. Any other SuccessFactors module knowledge is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of SAP HCM modules, particularly PA, OM, Time Management (TM) and S/4HANA (H4S4)
• Payroll configuration experience for APAC countries (eg. Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia and/or New Zealand is an advantage.)
• SuccessFactors payroll implementation knowledge of a few APAC countries
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll including Salary calculation, deductions, taxes, and statutory contributions
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) required.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP ECC HCM is an advantage.
