Job summary

AUMOVIO SE is seeking an experienced HR IT Consultant to oversee and enhance SAP HCM operations across the APAC region. The role links HR business units with IT, ensuring systems and processes align with global standards while addressing local requirements.

The ideal candidate will have deep HR technology knowledge, strong project management, and excellent communication skills to guide architecture, data flows, and end-to-end HR processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in information technology or related field.
• 5–10 years of IT or Industry working experience.
• Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, esp. HR systems like SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Strong project management experience in SAP projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including international trips.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR IT regional platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, Fiori).
• Maintain knowledge base for HR IT technologies and data flows.
• Serve as technical authority; drive innovations in HR IT landscape.
• Provide end-to-end business process consulting to HR / IT stakeholders regionally.
• Collaborate with Global HR to optimize resource use and system effectiveness.
• Define global guidelines for HXM/UI developments and operations.
• Coordinate HR IT providers and monitor performance.
