Swarovski Global Business Services Asia SDN BHD is seeking a SAP Full-Stack Developer (ABAP/BTP/AI) to join a world-renowned brand and diverse team. You will design and develop SAP applications, embed AI features, and ensure secure, scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SAP development experience with ABAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP
• Exposure to AI, automation, or machine learning technologies
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations, APIs, and modern software development practices including Agile and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom SAP applications and extensions using ABAP, CDS views, SAP BTP, and Fiori/UI5
• Embed AI capabilities into SAP processes and applications
• Ensure clean-core principles, code quality, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to operationalize models and ensure responsible AI usage

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

SAP Development:

• Design and develop custom SAP applications and extensions using ABAP (incl. RAP/OO), CDS views, SAP BTP, and Fiori/UI5.
• Ensure clean-core principles, code quality, security, and maintainability in line with Swarovski development standards.
• Understand integration capabilities and configurations (e.g., SAP Integration Suite/CPI); build interfaces only occasionally, as end-to-end integration is owned by a dedicated team.
• Embed AI capabilities (e.g., SAP AI Core, Joule, generative AI, predictive models) into SAP processes and applications.
• Identify and prototype AI-driven use cases to automate manual tasks and augment business decision-making.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to operationalize models and ensure responsible, compliant AI usage.

Quality & Continuous Improvement:

• Apply agile delivery and CI/CD to development work. Support testing procedures
• Continuously evaluate emerging SAP and AI technologies to improve solutions.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP development experience with ABAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP
• Exposure to AI, automation, or machine learning technologies, with a keen interest in building intelligent business applications
• Strong understanding of SAP integrations, APIs, and modern software development practices including Agile and CI/CD
• Self-driven problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
