Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant to design and operate SAP FI/CO within the S/4HANA environment, collaborating with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support efficient processes.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into functional specs, support enhancements, participate in regional and global projects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable system operations with hybrid and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, business, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of SAP FI/CO experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
