Job summary

Swarovski Global Business Services Asia SDN BHD is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support APAC Finance and Controlling within the S/4HANA environment. You will design, configure, and operate SAP FI/CO solutions, collaborating with IT and Finance teams to enable efficient, scalable global processes across the region.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP FI/CO, strong financial process knowledge, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and operate SAP FI/CO solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to enable efficient processes.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to functional specifications and continuous improvements.
• Participate in regional/global projects including implementations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues and support end users to ensure stable system operations.

We’re looking for a SAP FICO Consultant supports APAC Finance and Controlling by contributing to solution design, process definition, and operation of ERP applications to enable efficient regional and global business processes within the S/4HANA environment. The role works on system configuration and issue resolution, collaborates closely with IT and business stakeholders, and supports initiatives such as DRC implementations and selected FICO-related improvements.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the design, configuration, and operation of SAP FI/CO solutions within the S/4HANA environment
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support efficient business processes
• Analyze business requirements and assist in translating them into functional specifications
• Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvements
• Participate in regional and global projects, including implementations and upgrades
• Ensure stable system operations by troubleshooting issues and supporting end users

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, business,
• IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of SAP FI/CO experience, preferably in a multinational environment
• Possess a solid understanding of financial processes and have hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Fluent written and spoken English.
