Job summary
Hilti Malaysia is seeking an IT Business Analyst in our Sales and Marketing IT department to drive a Salesforce CRM-based Territory Management solution. You will collaborate with global business and IT counterparts in a Development Scrum team to map user needs, design scalable processes, and deliver end-to-end enhancements that boost sales effectiveness.
The role requires a strong background in Salesforce CRM and analytics, with 5+ years as a Salesforce consultant, and the ability to coordinate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business-related field.
- 5+ years of Salesforce technical consulting experience.
- Experience with Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Sales Planning, Territory Planning and Enterprise Territory Management.
- Experience in end-to-end business processes, scalable digital solutions, and agile Scrum.
- Experience coordinating solution rollouts/go-lives and change management.
Responsibilities
- Own and iteratively develop Territory Management solutions on Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with international business and IT counterparts in a Development Scrum team.
- Map end-user workflows, identify pain points, and propose solutions to drive productivity and intelligence.
