Job summary

EDV Werke seeks a Business Analyst to drive Salesforce Territory Management and related CRM/ERP integrations in a hybrid setting (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). You will gather requirements, define functional specs, and support end-to-end delivery from design through go-live.

3+ years in business analysis with Salesforce experience are essential. The role requires cross-functional teamwork in a Scrum environment and strong stakeholder engagement.

EDV Werke is looking for a Business Analyst – Salesforce/Territory Management.

Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Tasks

• Territory Management Implementation – Support the implementation of a standardized Territory Management solution and coordinate activities required for migrating additional markets.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Lead requirements-gathering sessions, understand business processes and expected value, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Business Requirement Challenge – Independently challenge, clarify, and refine business requirements while identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver better business outcomes.
• Solution Design Support – Translate business requirements into functional solution concepts and collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and technical teams throughout solution definition.
• Agile Team Collaboration – Work effectively within a Scrum/Agile team, contribute to Sprint goals, and collaborate closely with Product Owners and cross-functional development teams.
• Implementation & Configuration Support – Support solution implementation and configuration activities while ensuring that delivered functionality remains aligned with agreed business requirements.
• Testing & UAT Support – Support testing activities by reviewing test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, validating functionality, and helping investigate and resolve functional issues.
• Integration & Go-Live Support – Work across integrations between CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms and support market preparation, deployment activities, and go-live readiness.

Must-Have Skills:

• Business Analysis Experience – Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience with strong expertise in requirements gathering, business-process analysis, and functional solution definition.
• Requirements Engineering – Strong ability to understand business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure solutions address expected business value and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management – Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to challenge business stakeholders constructively and proactively identify better solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership – Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned topics, and contribute across requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, and support.
• CRM Platform Experience – Mandatory experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CRM Analytics, including a good understanding of platform functionality and related business processes.
• Sales Cloud Knowledge – Mandatory experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and the ability to understand business processes supported by CRM solutions.
• Agile & Scrum Experience – Previous experience working in Scrum or Agile environments, including collaboration with development teams, Product Owners, and Sprint-based delivery processes.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork – Strong team-player mentality with the ability to operate effectively in small, cross-functional teams and collaborate throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Territory Management Knowledge – Experience with Enterprise Territory Management, Solution Planning, Territory Planning, or previous Territory Management implementations.
• CRM Analytics Experience – Additional experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and related data-driven capabilities supporting business and customer processes.
• ERP & Cloud Exposure – Experience with SAP ERP, AWS, or enterprise system integrations connecting CRM, ERP, and cloud-based platforms.
• Salesforce Configuration – Experience with Salesforce configuration, including familiarity with Apex coding and understanding of how platform functionality can be adapted.
• Testing & UAT Experience – Experience preparing test cases and supporting User Acceptance Testing activities within Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.
