Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Salesforce-focused Business Systems Analyst to drive design, configuration and delivery of Sales, Service and Experience Cloud solutions in a regional setup. You will translate business needs into specs, support agile delivery, and ensure data integrity across ERP/CRM integrations.

Strong Salesforce Admin credentials and 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce support are required, with Sales Cloud expertise and regional collaboration across Asia Pacific.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years experience or Master's with 2 years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience; Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is a plus.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; other certifications (Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.

• Understand commercial processes and translate needs into user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud including objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, flows and reports.
• Support Agile delivery with backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and release planning.
• Own incidents, change requests and enhancements; perform root cause analysis and ensure data integrity across ERP and CRM integrations.
• Create and maintain solution design and support documentation; enable business users and trainers.
