Job summary

Tech Staffing partners with a global healthcare corporation to recruit a Salesforce Effectiveness Manager who will lead the delivery of the Salesforce CRM platform across APAC regions. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end CRM enhancements, integrations, releases and governance, while coordinating with BI for data governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce CRM experience in commercial environment.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Practical experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Business-acumen with excellent communication.
• Active in the Salesforce community.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM enhancements, integrations and releases.
• Work with internal stakeholders and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog, prioritising deliverables.
• Lead a team of Salesforce Administrators and Analysts across APAC.
• Facilitate Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Lead UAT, review test scenarios and oversee defect management.
• Oversee Salesforce deployments across environments.
• Maintain release documentation, governance records and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence on data modelling, quality, security and governance.
• Provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders on progress, risks and dependencies.

In this role, the Salesforce Effectiveness Manager will

• lead end-to-end delivery of CRM enhancements, integrations and releases
• work with internal stakeholders, Engineering Team to ensure functional requirements are translated into scalable solutions and delivered on time
• manage the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog, prioritising deliverables based on business objectives
• manage a team of Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Effectiveness Analysts across APAC
• facilitate Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• lead UAT, review test scenarios and oversee defect management
• oversee Salesforce deployments across multiple environments
• maintain release documentation, approval records, audit evidence and governance processes
• work with Business Intelligence team, to support Salesforce data modelling, data quality, security and governance
• provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders, updating progress, risks, dependencies and issues
