Job summary
AvePoint is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce platform for enterprise and government clients. You will be the first line of support for Salesforce issues, gather requirements, and deliver enhancements that maximize business value.
Responsibilities include configuring objects, reports, dashboards, user access, data imports/exports, and collaborating with developers.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with ADM-201 certification.
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud).
- Ability to build reports and dashboards for business functions.
- Strong English communication; Mandarin a plus.
Responsibilities
- Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decisions.
- Administer user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Manage sandbox environments and data imports/exports.
- Ensure governance, security, and data integrity.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with developers and vendors on integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues and meet SLAs for response and resolution times.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress updates to clients.
