Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform for enterprise and government clients. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring the environment, and ensuring the platform supports business operations.

The successful candidate will work with stakeholders, manage objects, workflows, reports, and security, and collaborate with developers and vendors to drive governance and reliable data outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce ADM-201 certification required.
• Experience configuring Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, record types, workflows, approvals and validation rules.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards for business functions.
• Experience with user access, roles, profiles, and data visibility.

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform for enterprise and government clients. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the Salesforce environment accordingly, and ensure the platform effectively supports business operations.

• Administer user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data visibility

• Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Support end-users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with developers and external vendors to support integration and enhancement efforts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
• Experience creating workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and automation tools
• Ability to create meaningful reports and dashboards for various business functions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance
• Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
• Understanding of platform security and sharing models
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above
  
  

Certifications

• Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
• Preferred: Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or any Consultant-level certifications
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public sector or compliance-driven environments
• Knowledge of declarative tools such as Flow, Assignment Rules, and Omni-Channel Routing
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration principles
