Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with quotation, proposal, bid, order management or sales administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing quotation, proposal, and bid support activities to deliver accurate and timely customer solutions.
• Coordinating sales support processes across Sales, Operations, Pricing, Fulfillment, and other partners.
• Preparing customer-facing proposals, quotations, pricing documentation, and commercial correspondence.
• Analyzing customer requirements and opportunity data to support sales objectives.
• Maintaining accurate sales records, reporting, and documentation in business systems.
• Supporting multiple requests, projects and deadlines with high quality and responsiveness.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
