Job summary

Secretlab is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to bolster our Corporate (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) sales efforts in Malaysia. You will drive smooth order fulfilment, quotations, invoices, and CRM data updates while collaborating with logistics, support, and finance teams.

Ideally you bring 5+ years in sales support or operations, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with CRM tools like Shopify or HubSpot, plus Google Docs and CAD/design software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales support, operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and managing large data sets (Shopify, HubSpot or similar).
• Proficiency in Google Docs and other design software (CAD, Sheets, Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales support across Corporate and B2C channels.
• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, shipping documents, and other sales paperwork.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer support, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Own and update CRM systems ensuring accurate data, pipelines, and documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between sales team and clients to address queries promptly.
• Support regional sales initiatives, promotions, and account-based activations.
• Identify and improve internal processes to optimise sales support workflow.
