is seeking a meticulous Sales Support (Sourcing & Procurement) to bolster our sales operations and coordinate across departments. You will prepare proposals and paperwork, provide administrative support on sales tasks, assist in customer service, work with Procurement to secure best prices, coordinate with stakeholders to meet schedules, monitor progress, arrange delivery including DDP, manage communications, source local and non-local orders, brief design on

• Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others
• Provide administrative support on sales related tasks, including system maintenance
• Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary)
• Work with Procurement Team to obtain the best price and terms to close sales
• Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Arrangement of delivery including DDP/Sample to customer.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Source & handle local orders and also orders that we do not have local office
• Provide artwork brief from sales to design team, follow up on artwork status
• Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately.
• Perform any ad hoc related task.

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales Support (Sourcing & Procurement) to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Job Description:
