Job summary

META PACK SDN BHD is seeking a customer service representative to assist with sales inquiries and support the sales team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, possess a positive attitude, and be familiar with social media messaging platforms.

This role involves replying to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone, and preparing quotations and sales orders. We offer competitive salaries ranging from RM3,000 to RM7,000 including incentives and

Responsibilities

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone.

• Update customer records and basic reports.
