Job summary

META PACK SDN BHD in Seri Kembangan, Selangor is hiring a sales support representative to handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook and phone, prepare quotations and sales orders, and assist the sales team.

Requirement: Mandarin (spoken & written), basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and familiarity with social media messaging platforms. Salary RM3,000–RM7,000 monthly with incentives and performance bonuses.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia.

• Familiar with social media messaging platforms.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.
• Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone.
• Prepare quotations & sales orders.
• Follow up with customers and assist the sales team.
• Update customer records and basic reports.
