META PACK SDN BHD in Seri Kembangan is looking for individuals proficient in Mandarin to join their customer support team. You will handle customer inquiries via various messaging platforms, prepare sales orders, and support the sales team with follow-ups.

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone.
• Prepare quotations & sales orders.
