Job summary

Jora Malaysia is recruiting a sales support associate in Seri Kembangan, Selangor to handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook and phone, and to prepare quotations and sales orders for the sales team.

You should be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, maintain a positive attitude, and be familiar with social media messaging platforms. Working hours are Mon–Fri 9AM–5:30PM and Sat 9AM–1PM.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia understood.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Familiar with social media messaging platforms.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone.
• Prepare quotations & sales orders.
• Follow up with customers and assist the sales team.
• Update customer records and basic reports.
