Job summary

META PACK SDN BHD is hiring for a customer relations and sales support role in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook and phone, prepare quotations and sales orders, and assist the sales team with follow-ups and record-keeping.

Requirements include Mandarin fluency, basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Salary ranges from RM3,000 to RM7,000 with incentives, working hours Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30 and Sat 9:00–13:00.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Familiar with social media messaging platforms.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone.
• Prepare quotations & sales orders.
• Follow up with customers and assist the sales team.
• Update customer records and basic reports.
