Job summary

META PACK SDN BHD in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, is looking for a customer-oriented sales assistant. You must be able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and written) and have a positive, learn-fast attitude; basic English and Bahasa Malaysia are also required.

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook and phone, prepare quotations and sales orders, follow up with customers, and assist the sales team. Salary RM3,000–RM7,000 with incentives and performance bonus; working hours Mon-Fri

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written)
• Basic English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn
• Familiar with social media messaging platforms
• Sales experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone
• Prepare quotations & sales orders
• Follow up with customers and assist the sales team
• Update customer records and basic reports
