Responsibilities

• Provide office/administration support to sales team.
• Handle sales order process which include processing order and follow up the order.
• Responsible for any other sales support and administrative functions as required.
• Liaise with Account and check outstanding payments on customer statement.
• Attend to customer enquiries and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Handle inbound calls and emails from new prospects.
• Prepare project documents.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
