Job summary

META PACK SDN BHD is seeking a customer engagement associate in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The role involves replying to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone, and supporting the sales team with quotations and orders.

The position requires Mandarin communication skills, basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, a positive attitude, and familiarity with social media platforms. On-the-job training and incentives are offered. Working hours are Mon–Fri 9AM–5:30PM; Sat 9AM–1PM.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken & written).
• Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Familiar with social media messaging platforms.
• Sales experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook & phone.
• Prepare quotations & sales orders.
• Follow up with customers and assist the sales team.
• Update customer records and basic reports.
