Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to back our growth in Water & Oil/Gas industries. You will research potential customers, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments for the Sales team.

The role includes tender support, lead maintenance, and assisting with marketing activities including Canva content. Some travel and a valid driving license are required to engage customers and support field visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Confident in making cold calls and communicating with customers.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and sales supports.
• Must possess a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to generate customer appointments.
• Schedule appointments for Sales/Management team.
• Assist Sales Manager/Directors on Sales operations.
• Assist with tenders, quotations and sales documentation.
• Monitor government and industry tender/RFQ portals.
• Monitor deadlines and download tender documents.
• Maintain customer database, leads and follow-up records.
• Support e-marketing activities including social media updates.
• Prepare promotional posts/content using Canva or similar tools.
• Provide sales and marketing administrative support.
