Job summary

Win-Fung Fibreglass Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator to support quotation preparation, order processing, and payment follow-ups in a manufacturing environment. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate client records.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional certificate or diploma in engineering or marketing, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience in sales coordination or customer service in manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quotation support: prepare and follow up quotation; obtain pricing and information from relevant department.
• Order support: process customer PO; check details against quotation; coordinate with Project/Production/Technical/QC; follow up on information.
• Payment support: follow up payment status; highlight overdue payments to Sales Team.
• General support: assist Sales Manager in daily activities; arrange customer meetings; perform other sales-related duties.

Responsibilities:

Quotation support

a) Prepare and follow up quotation

b) Obtain pricing and information from relevant department

Order support

a) Process customer PO

b) Check order details against quotation and requirement

c) Coordinate order information with Project, Production, Technical and QC

b) Follow up on customer requests and required information

a) Follow up pending quotation and enquiries

b) Update sales pipeline and customer records

c) Remind Sales Executive of pending action

Payment Support

a) Follow up payment status with customers

b) Highlight overdue payments to the Sales Team

a) Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

b) Update quotations, order and sales status

General Support

a) Assist Sales Manager in daily sales activities

b) Arrange customer meetings and visits when required

c) Perform other sales-related duties as assigned

Specification:

Qualifications - Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry is required/ Sales admin/ Sales coordination/ customer service or related roles , preferably in manufacturing environment

Technical / Computer Skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Capable of preparing sales forecasts, reports, and maintaining accurate client databases. Experience in liaising with internal teams and customers for timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
