Job summary

Win-Fung Fibreglass Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Clerk to maintain production records, schedules and reports. You will coordinate with production and suppliers to ensure materials are available and inventory is controlled.

The role requires 1–2 years in production/manufacturing, proficiency in BM and English, and strong MS Office skills. You will work with multiple departments to ensure timely task completion and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, certificate or Diploma in business management/administration or related field.
• 1–2 years' clerk experience in production/manufacturing.
• Proficient in BM and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and in a team; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update production records, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure materials and suppliers availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering/restocking.
• Communicate with quality control and shipping to complete tasks.
• Prepare and distribute production schedules and work orders.
• Record and report production issues or delays to Production Manager.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Perform any duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Maintain and update records: keep production records up to date, including job orders, work schedules and production reports

Material coordination :Coordinate with the production team to ensure all necessary materials and suppliers are available as needed

Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking materials

Interdepartmental communication: Communicate with other departments, such as quality control and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate completion of production tasks. Liaise with workers, leaders, executive and prod manager to resolve any daily issue arise

Schedule preparation : Prepare and distribute production schedule and work orders to the production teams

Issues Reporting: Record and report any production issues or delays to the Production Manager

Safety compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Perform any duties as assigned by the Superior

Qualification

Minimum SPM , certificate or Diploma in business management/administration or a related field

1-2 years working experience as clerk in production or manufacturing environment

Proficiency in understanding in BM and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; words, excel, power point and basic computer literacy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, time management , and clear communication skill.
