Job summary

Nano G Central Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist the sales team with lead handling, appointment setting, and admin tasks in a fast-paced environment in Malaysia. The role requires fluent Mandarin, good communication and customer service skills, and the ability to maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply

• Responsible and discipline to work

Responsibilities

• Sales appointment arrangement for the sales team from the lead and database provided by the company
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products
• Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports
• Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports
• Assist in general office administration work as and when required
