Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service
• Understand E-commerce

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT or relevant experiences
• Be familiar with computers and laptops

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat and incoming tickets
• Demonstrate products to SAP potential customers via conference calls
• Escalate client requests and complaints to appropriate channels
• Update clients about requests and complaints status
• Log and resolve post-sale requests with professionalism
• Provide general sales and policy information and assist with order status
• Engage with internal and external parties to understand requirements for execution
