Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia is seeking an Associate, Sales Support to service inbound queries for SAP store listed products via live chat and tickets, and demonstrate products to potential customers during conference calls.

You will escalate issues, update clients on status, collect feedback, and provide accurate product and policy information while working with internal and external teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service.
• Understand E-commerce.
• Understand Software and Hardware.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Diploma and above.
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT or relevant experiences.
• Be familiar with the Computer and Laptop.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat and tickets.
• Demonstrate products to SAP potential customers via conference calls.

• Log and resolve post-sale issues professionally.

Job Description

Associate, Sales Support role is responsible for servicing the inbound que pertaining to SAP store listed products via:

• Live chat
• Incoming Tickets

In addition, the role is responsible for the demonstration of required products to SAP potential customers via conference calls.

• Escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate channels.
• Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly
• Gather client's feedback, identify problem trends, and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement. "Resolve and accurately log customer's post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism."
• Services may include responding to general order status and delivery queries, expediting delivery, determining price eligibility, determining return eligibility, retaining customers, and if necessary, canceling order lines/orders, and providing general sales and policy information"
• Escalating issues which are beyond the training level provided.
• Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between Webhelp and our client, focusing on quality and appropriate communication
• Engage with internal & external parties to understand requirements for execution

Additional Job Description
