Job summary

OGIVAL MARKETING SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented procurement and order management specialist to oversee online and offline product ordering, monitor stock levels, and process purchase orders efficiently.

You will manage the company’s e-commerce platforms (website, Lazada, Shopee), coordinate with suppliers on availability and delivery schedules, support product and promotional design, and ensure timely order processing across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Handle online and offline product ordering, including monitoring stock levels and placing orders accordingly.
• Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms, including company's website, Lazada and Shopee.
• Handle and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO), including preparing, checking and coordinating with relevant parties.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding product orders, production, delivery schedules and other related matters.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability, quality and timely delivery.
• Assist in product and promotional design, including posters, online advertisements and other sales materials.
• Monitor online and offline sales performance, stock movement and product demand.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and sales campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Follow up with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth sales and order processing.
