Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product uploads and updates on Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, and stock levels.
• Coordinate order processing, fulfilment, returns and customer inquiries with teams.
• Maintain SOPs, workflows, FAQs and knowledge base for operations.
• Generate e-commerce reports on sales, stock, and performance.
