Leeden Hercules in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a marketing/e-commerce assistant with a Diploma in commerce, marketing or business and at least 1 year of online marketing experience. Strong writing and PR skills, independent and detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines.

Handle online shopping websites or company social media.
Maintain product category sales on our site, Shopee and Lazada.
Monitor competitor marketing and market trends.
Assist in launching promotional campaigns and preparing materials.
Handle branding, imagery and packaging.
Collaborate with marketing to grow online business across markets.
Develop e-commerce channels across online platforms.
Improve processes to scale across markets.
Manage day-to-day operations and pricing with sales/marketing.
Handle customer inquiries including stock and orders.
Publish updated content across all e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with e-commerce service providers and partners.
Set standards for listings, content creation and maintenance.
Analyze data to identify ways to improve performance.
Contribute to pricing, promotions and assortment strategies.
Monitor courier and delivery status.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Handling online shopping website or any company social media.
Maintain some selected product category’s sales and growth at our website, Shopee and Lazada platforms.
Monitor competitor’s marketing strategy and study market trend.
Assist in launching promotional campaigns, including setting promo code, preparing marketing materials eg: web banners, social media posts.
Handle of products branding, image & packaging.
Work with marketing team to develop strategies to grow the online business across different markets.
Develop e-commerce channels with various online platforms used to conduct digital sales.
Develop and optimise process and tools to improve scalability across the different markets.
Manage day-to-day operational execution and work with sales & marketing team regarding product pricing.
Manage all inquiries from customers including liaising on stock availability, orders processing, etc.
Work closely with sales and marketing team to provide updated content that will be published across all e-commerce platforms.
Work closely with e-commerce service providers & partners.
Set standards, systems and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution & maintenance.
Analyze data and trend to identify efficient ways to driver performance.
Help build the price, promotion and assortment strategy.
Monitor the courier and delivery status.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
