Job summary

BON FOOD INDUSTRIES is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Executive to manage online storefronts including Shopee, Lazada, and company websites. You will collaborate with the sales team to hit targets, create promotional content, and run online campaigns across social media.

You should be proficient in website management, merchandising, and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong communication and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce platforms (websites, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with team to hit sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Create promotional content for online platforms and set up promotions, banners, and activations.
• Plan and execute online campaigns and promotions to boost sales.
• Manage social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and produce content to promote products.
• Maintain product listings, pricing, quantity, and SKUs on online platforms.
• Support customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and online reputation.
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Propose new ideas and promotions to enhance e-commerce sales.

• Manage e-commerce platforms, such as websites, and marketplaces Shopee, Lazada, etc, to fulfill orders and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Create promotional content for online platforms including setting up promotions, web banners ads setting and any online related activations
• Plan and execute online campaigns and promotions to boost sales.
• Manage social media accounts like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, stay updated with trends and create content, video to promote products on social media.
• Maintaining products listing, pricing, quantity, SKU & uploading in online selling platform.
• Support customer service and handle incoming calls, messages, complaints and manage online reputation to maintain a positive brand image.
• Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Introduce new ideas and promotions to enhance e-commerce sales.
• To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior or management.
