Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dynamic sales professional to oversee and drive sales performance. The role focuses on achieving monthly and yearly targets, developing strategies, supervising the sales team, and ensuring smooth customer management and reporting.

Ideal candidates will monitor activities, coach staff, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with Admin, Warehouse, Delivery and Accounts to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales performance.
• Monitor daily sales activities, orders, and customer coverage.
• Analyse sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team.
• Assign sales territories, customers, and targets to sales staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance.
• Conduct regular coaching and training for sales staff.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve sales-related issues.
• Monitor customer orders, pricing, promotions, and payment status.
• Support the sales team in handling key accounts when required.
• Coordinate with Admin, Warehouse, Delivery, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate stock issues to the relevant departments.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor sales targets, achievements, and outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Provide sales updates and recommendations to management.
