Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Store Supervisor to bridge the gap between upper management and frontline staff. You will ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, inventory checks, visual merchandising, sales tracking, and reporting to the store manager. This role requires 1–2 years in retail, strong leadership, and familiarity with POS and inventory software.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, 1–2 years, with some leadership experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; business/management degree is a plus.

• To recruit sales representative when in need of job task delivery.

Essential Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 2 years working in a retail environment, ideally with some leadership experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a business or management degree is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Hard Skills: Basic math, cash handling, and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) or inventory software.
