Job summary

Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd in Ipoh seeks a sales/after-sales professional to promote After Sales Solutions to assigned customers and territories, grow revenue, and strengthen relationships with EP/Marine/O&G clients. You will visit customers, log visits and quotes in the CRM, and plan pre-call activities to ensure effective sales coverage.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Marketing or Business Administration, strong communication and organizing skills, and proficiency with

Responsibilities

• Promote SDI After Sales Solutions (Parts & Services) to generate revenue and profit to assigned customer and territory.
• Develop new business with existing customer base and develop new customer.
• Ensuring all collections are done on timely basis.
• Responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationship with the EP/Marine/O&G customers allocated.
• Visit customer face to face and build relationships with the decision makers, listening to and understanding their needs and business goals.
• Advise customers on immediate equipment repair needs, service letters, PIP, PSPs, SOS and PL.
• Help customers with warranty issues and develop proactive before failure repair strategies.
• Consult with customer about equipment, life cycles, maintenance, and replacement budgets and other solutions that will lower their owning and operating cost and support customer success and schedule maintenance, ensuring service technicians and field service know which equipment needs to be seen specifically.
• Coordinate with parts, service and equipment management division to support customer needs.
• Plan and execute pre-call planning on a weekly basis to ensure effective sales coverage.
• Use CRM system to log all customer visits, inspections, competitive visit, and opportunities and to manage customer information like contacts and feedbacks.
• Generate quotes for parts, service, and equipment management solutions.
• Always professional in conduct while representing SDI to uphold the Company image.

Job Requirements:
