Job summary

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the entire sales cycle, including pre-sales and after-sales activities. You will work closely with our Singapore clients to understand their requirements, coordinate sales enquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, support product demonstrations, and assist with solution discussions to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.

You will collaborate with the Sales, Technical, Operations, and Support teams to manage customer requests, coordinate internal resources, and ensure smooth execution from initial enquiry through to delivery and post-sales support. Your ability to build strong customer relationships, provide timely assistance, and maintain accurate sales documentation will contribute to the team's success and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market engagement.
• Prepare and provide sales proposals, quotations, and supporting documents to clients.
• Support pre-sales activities, including understanding customer requirements, solution presentations, product demonstrations, and coordination of client meetings.
• Conduct product and solution demonstrations via video conference and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on business requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Company's products, services, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution and effective customer support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and work towards achieving or exceeding periodic sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and opportunities.
