Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up with on-going orders to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to customers based on customers' requirements and specifications.
• Execute the end-to-end sales process, from identifying potential customers to developing relationships and delivering customized commercial packages that meet customer needs, ensuring achievement of sales targets and contribution to revenue growth.
• Establish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction by way of periodic visits to customers to monitor performance of delivered products and services.
• Monitor the timely issue of invoices to customers and ensure that payments are collected and credited into company's bank account promptly to ensure healthy cash flow at all times.
• Stay informed of competitors’ offerings, pricing, and market trends to strategize and update our offering packages to better suit the market needs.
• Conduct market research, gather and analyze customer and sales data, and monitor market trends and product developments to maintain competitiveness and stay informed of emerging opportunities.
• Execute sales strategies and increase business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned product/region.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate terms and check all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance so as to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant DOA policies.
• Complete data and information in the Project Management database and/or Share Point to ensure project details are constantly updated and readily available for follow-up and viewing by all relevant parties involved in the project.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of Project Specification Sheets (PSS) for each sales order to facilitate effective kick-off handover to Project Department.
• Actively use the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in monitoring, analyzing and communicating monthly sales data in daily work to manage personal targets and contribute to product and service planning.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events (as and when required) and do sales presentations on products to support marketing efforts at targeted potential customers.
