Job summary

Elite Precision Components Sdn Bhd is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team in Shah Alam. You will handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and track delivery updates to keep customers informed.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in Engineering or Business, and 1–2 years in sales or sales support. ERP experience and the ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings are a plus, along with strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
A fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales administration.
Knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings.
A positive, customer‑focused attitude.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer questions and prepare quotations and purchase orders.
Keep Orders on Track: Process customer orders accurately and follow up on delivery progress.
Deliver Great Customer Service: Understand customer needs and provide helpful, timely communication.
Improve the Way We Work: Support improvements to sales procedures and day‑to‑day processes.
