Job summary

You will manage relationships, demonstrate products, and propose tailored engineering solutions to meet client needs. The role requires independence, initiative, and the ability to drive market growth while staying ahead of industry trends. A vehicle for client visits is preferred, with competitive compensation and growth

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of equipment/solution sales experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts and industry knowledge.
• Disciplined, independent, and able to work autonomously.
• Must possess own vehicle for client visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and directing effective sales channels.
• Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls to build and maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
• Provide product demonstrations and maintenance services to clients, ensuring they fully understand our solutions.
• Propose product solutions according to customer requirements, utilizing engineering knowledge to offer tailored solutions.
• Develop and manage the local market, and execute new marketing initiatives to increase market share.
• Build quality relationships with customers and managers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Keep up with changes in the market, industry, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
