Job summary

Shoto Technology Malaysia seeks a Sales Engineer to supervise the installation of high-voltage lithium battery systems on site and manage on-site installation matters. You will also handle on-site commissioning and acceptance testing, and provide after-sales service including regular inspections, maintenance and fault handling.

Additional duties may be assigned. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in sales engineering, a diploma or above in relevant engineering fields, knowledge of power

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales engineering.
• Diploma or higher in electrochemistry, communication, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of power supply architecture, redundancy and safety standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Language proficiency: English, Bahasa and Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willingness to train and study in China.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for:

1.Minimum 1 years of experience in sales engineering

2.Diploma or above. Major in electrochemistry, communication engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, etc. are preferred.

3.Understanding the power supply architecture, redundancy configuration and industry safety standards is prioritized.

4.Basic computer skills.

5.Required language(s): English, Bahasa, and Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

6.Acceptable to undergo training and study in China
