Job summary

S L NG Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Representative to drive selling, merchandising and collections with local shops and large provision. You will execute promotions, activations, and campaigns, and negotiate trade terms while maintaining strong retailer relationships.

The role requires ability to plan basic key accounts, align with brand strategies, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Travel and own transport are needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in any field.
• Independent High School graduates are welcome to apply (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Conduct selling, merchandising and collection with local shop and large provision.
• Execute promotion, activation, sales negotiation, display, campaign and other trade activities to the requirements of principals.

• Provide high quality sales service and maintain good relationship with retailers’ buyers and managers.
• Work closely with Team Lead and principal’s person-in-charge to understand company’s plans and brands’ strategy to cascade to the trade as execution.
• Identify opportunities in the trade in terms of visibility, availability, product ranging, pricing and promotion.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales, collection and other fundamental targets.
