Job summary

Syarikat Lui Kim Chock Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking a proactive Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team, drive growth and expand market presence in the FMCG sector. You will develop routes, monitor performance, and build strong relationships with retailers and partners while coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Travel to the field is expected. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales, leadership experience, and solid knowledge of Sabah FMCG markets; proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in leading or supervising a sales team is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and work in the field in Sabah.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Good knowledge of the Sabah FMCG market is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Willing to travel and work in the field.
