Job summary

LEN WOH (SEREMBAN) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic sales associate to service and grow a group of outlets in the FMCG GT sector.

You will execute promotions, drive store-level activities, ensure merchandising excellence, and help achieve new openings and product penetration. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia plus a valid D driving licence are preferred. Responsibilities

• To service and develop a group of assigned outlets.
• Ensure effective implementation of promotion/activities and achievement of sales targets.
• To initiate in-store activities to drive profitable volume and brand presence.
• Ensure merchandising and execution excellence.
• To achieve targets for new openings, cooler placement, new product penetration, cooler scanning and operation metrics KPIs.
