Job summary

Lein Hing in Ipoh is seeking a field sales representative to manage the full sales cycle—from stock checks and merchandising to customer follow-up. You will drive in-store presence, negotiate promotions with retailers, and ensure smooth payment collection to hit personal and company targets.

The role emphasizes promoting monthly promotions to retailers, improving distribution and pricing execution, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SPM qualification.
• 1-2 years in FMCG preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, outgoing and results-oriented.
• Must possess own car and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from inventory to after-sales follow-up.
• Deliver superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution.

• Responsible for the overall sales cycle from the inventory checking, merchandising, understanding customer concern, proposing promotion orders, negotiation, execution, payment collection and after sales follow up such as check market return and return collection.
• Responsible deliver of superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution.
• Understand and propose monthly promotions to prospective retail store to help them generate high sales volume in order to achieve personal targets and company target.
• Responsible for payment and collections to ensure payment are collected promptly.

Requirements :

• At least an SPM holder
• Preferably 1-2 years of solid working experience in FMCG industry
• Must be self-starter, outgoing and results oriented
• Must possess own car and valid driving license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM 5k ++ / month (Basic + Allowance + Incentive)
