Job summary

Shapee Trading & Distribution in Malaysia is seeking a proactive field sales professional to expand our B2B client base in the Central region. You will visit accounts, monitor stock, and secure orders while building strong relationships with buyers and store PICs and supervisors.

You will support promotions, roadshows, and brand activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely stock allocation and delivery. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and able to plan daily routes.
• Customer-focused with a positive working attitude.
• B2B Sales experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and open new customer accounts to expand sales coverage in the Central region.
• Visit assigned customer accounts to monitor stock levels, secure orders, and ensure product availability.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyer, store PICs and supervisors.
• Support promotions, baby fairs, roadshows, and brand activities as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely stock allocation and delivery.
• Monitor sale-through, propose promotion, prepare sales reports, including market and competitor feedback.
